    Blend of first flush, 2025 harvest leaves from tea farms in Kagoshima prefecture, southern Japan.

  • Sun shaded

    Cool climate fog and cloth shades block sunlight from the tea plant. This intensifies the chlorophyll content, the tea’s ‘umami’ flavour, and the helpful amino acid L-theanine.

  • Umami flavour

    Thick mouthfeel; notes of cooked greens, nut and and a hint of seaweed.

Flavour: creamy, floral, vegetal
Hand-harvested in April 2025, these leaves come from the famous Jin Xuan,
‘milky oolong’ tea plant cultivar. The infusion has a silky-soft mouthfeel and gorgeous notes of warmed cream, orchid with a fresh vegetal kick in the tail.
